He was born to mother Laxmikumari and father Ratnabajra Bajracharya on Nepal Sambat 1049 Sillaga Ekadashi, Thursday, at the Yatakya room of Ratnakirti Mahavihar, Makhanbahal. He was known as Tutu Guruju and Bharatbajra Bajracharya in the office. After receiving a basic education and working in Kathmandu Municipality, he performed Vajrayana puja and ritualistic duties according to the Kulayani tradition, and also regularly worshipped Kalbhairav at the Kathmandu Durbar Square, which was inherited ancestrally. He also performed the re-establishment puja of Agandya of Swayambhu and the Bahi Agandya there. He performed Charya songssinging, Charya dancing, and also provided training for Payntakhin or Kotakhin instruments required for Charya. He was involved in Sahasrahuti, Mansahuti, Chakrasamvara (Chattihsamvara) pujas at the four Yogini shrines. He also played the role of Chachapa (master of ceremonies) at dance events and played Payntakhin and Kotakhin. According to the Vajrayana tradition, he also played a leading role in Pujas like Trisamadhi Chandali Yoga, Shmasan Yoga, Mahabali, etc.
