Dr. Bhagwandas Manandhar was born in Balaju on Pohelaga 7, Nepal Sambat 1086. His mother's name was Ramkumari Manandhar and his father's name was Bhimdas Manandhar. Agricultural Engineer Mr. Manandhar is an Associate Professor at Rampur Campus. Although an engineer by profession, his articles written in Nepal Bhasa have been published in various newspapers and magazines. On Pohelaga Trayodashi, Nepal Sambat 1132, his first work 'Bhimmanoo' was published. In this book, he has tried to find a scientific basis within social and spiritual religious thought. Similarly, Mr. Bhagwandas Manandhar in Nepal Sambat 1140He discovered the coding and decoding formula for Nepal Sambat dates. In Nepal Sambat 1141, 1142, and 1143, he published almanacs based on this very formula. The Nepal Sambat app was launched due to his active involvement. This formula made it possible to write Nepal Sambat in numerical form and integrate it into computers, making Nepal Sambat widely usable. According to this formula, it became possible not only to seamlessly convert between Nepal Sambat, Bikram Sambat, and Anno Domini (AD) but also to convert and view dates hundreds of years before and after.
