Janakalal Bhaju, born in Janakpur in 1944, completed his bachelor's degree in hydropower from the Soviet Union in 1968 and his PhD in 1978. Especially an expert in multi-use technology of water resources, he is a specialist who has deeply studied Nepal's water resources.
