Son of Mr. Ratna Lal and Mrs. Haridevi of Pim Bahal, Yala (Lalitpur) Kedar Lal Born in 1938. He completed his Master's degree in Physics from Allahabad University, India in 1960. Later, in 1967, he obtained a Ph.D. in Atmospheric Physics from Queensland, Australia. He has been assisting as an expert for many years in the field of study and research in physics in Nepal.
