Kathmandu, son of Mr. Govinda Bahadur and Mrs. Laxmi Devi of Ganabaha Umesh Bahadur Born in 1943. He completed his engineering education from Roorkee, India. Later, in 1976, he obtained an MPhil degree from the University of Edinburgh, UK. He is an expert with a significant role in urban development planning in Nepal.
