Gentleman of Yala Nagbahal Uttam Dhakhwa Born in 1945. Having topped the SLC examination in 1961, he completed his engineering studies in the Soviet Union and pursued higher education in the same field in 1971.
Under the grant from the German government, he worked as a technical chief and leader for a decade from the technical sector of Nepal in the reconstruction of heritage and cultural structures of Bhaktapur city.
He is also an Acharya (teacher) of the Buddhist meditation technique Vipassana in Nepal.
